TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN HISTORY ESPECIALLY THE LOCAL HISTORY OF HORTON KIRBY, SOUTH DARENTH AND THE SURROUNDING DISTRICTS AND TO CARRY OUT, PUBLISH AND DISSEMINATE THE USEFUL RESULTS OF RESEARCH INTO THE HISTORY OF THESE AREAS.
