IT DEVELOPS YOUNG U.K. COMPOSERS' WORK, ARRANGES PUBLIC TALKS WITH COMPOSERS AND ORGANIZES MUSIC EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH ACTIVITIES TO ENHANCE STUDENTS' MUSICAL CREATIVITY.
