Charitable objects
A) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF CARMARTHEN AND DISTRICT (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS. TO WORK BI-LINGUALLY WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS, RESIDENTS AND USERS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND EDUCATION WITH THE OBJEECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE FOR THOSE LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. B) THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE NON PARTY IN POLITICS AND NON SECTARIAN IN RELIGION.
