THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE TO RELIEVE OF CHILDREN WITH LIFE THREATENING DISEASES OR WHO ARE TERMINALLY ILL,PARTICULARLY BY THE PROVISION OF A HOSPICE FOR THE CARE OF SUCH CHILDREN,AND TO RELIEVE THE MATERIAL AND OTHER NEEDS OF THE MEMBERS OF THEIR FAMILIES WHERE SUCH NEEDS ARE OCCASIONED BY THE CHILDREN,PARTICULARLY THE NEEDS OF ACCOMMODATION AND COUNSELLING.
