THE RELIEF OF POVERTY OR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE SHALL IN DULY CONSTITUTED MEETING FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT. TO HELP ESTABLISH APPROPRIATE EDUCATIONAL AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAMMES PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR WOMEN IN SUBSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.
