OR AT THE DISCRETION OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE AND IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES TO PROVIDE SUCH CARE ATTENDANTS FOR SUCH DISABLED PERSONS LIVING ALONE.
