TO HELP AND EDUCATE BOYS AND YOUNG MEN AND GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN RESIDENT IN THE COUNTY OF KENT BEING THE COUNTY INCLUDED WITHIN THE POSTAL DISTRICTS OF KENT AT THE DATE OF ADOPTION OF THESE OBJECTS THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL MORAL AND CULTURAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED AND GENERALLY TO CARRY OUT THE OBJECTS OF A COUNTY ASSOCIATION IN CONFORMITY WITH THE AIMS AND PRINCIPLES OF NABC-CLUBS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE.
