TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF ANIMALS AND BIRDS WHO ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION, AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE RESOURCE CENTRES AND OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE RECEPTION AND CARE OF SUCH ANIMALS. 2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE PRESERVATION IMPROVEMENT AND PROTECTION OF THE HABITAT AND ENVIRONMENT OF SICK ANIMALS AND BIRDS.
