TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PERSONS WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES OR PHYSICAL DISABILITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
