TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY LIVING IN WARBOYS DISTRICT BY THE PROVISION OF A DAY CENTRE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE.
