Woodlands Hospice is an independent charity providing specialist palliative care to individuals with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. Multi-professional care is accessed through day therapy, community outreach and specialist out-patient clinics plus an in-patient unit and Hospice at Home to enhance quality of life, enabling patients and families to live life as fully as possible.
