To educate and assist young persons between the ages of 14 and 25, resident on the Newbiggin Hall Estate, Newcastle upon Tyne, through their leisure activities, so to develop in a holistic manner their physical, emotional and spiritual well being so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and that their conditions of life may be improved.
