(1) THE PROMOTION OF RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF DISABILITY, HOWEVER CAUSED, OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE, AND THEIR INTEGRATION INTO THE COMMUNITY;
(2) THE MAINTENANCE AND ADVANCEMENT OF THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF DISABLED PEOPLE.
