IN THE PARISH OF MARKET LAVINGTON AND ITS IMMEDIATE NEIGHBOURHOOD TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THE SAID AREA. TO ESTABLISH MAINTAIN AND MANAGE A NEW COMMUNITY HALL IN THE PARISH OF MARKET LAVINGTON IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS
