FOR THE RELIEF OF DISABLED PEOPLE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SAILING OR SAILING RELATED FACILITIES, INSTRUCTION, AND EXPERIENCE IN SAILING AND SEAMANSHIP FOR SUCH PERSONS, ALONGSIDE ABLE-BODIED PERSONS WHO MAY OR MAY NOT BE EXPERIENCED SAILORS THEREBY BRINGING DISDABLED PERSONS AND ABLE-BODIED PERSONS INTO CLOSER CONTACT.
