THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE COUNTY OF CAMBRIDGESHIRE FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR TOWARDS SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE PARTICULARLY BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL AND SOCIAL SUPPORT TO RELIEVE POVERTY,THE AGED,CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS AND PEOPLE WITH PHYSICAL OR LEARNING DISABILITIES.
