(II) ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION (ACADEMIC AND PHYSICAL) INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE GRANT SCHOLARSHIPS TUITION FEES AND BURSARIES AND THE PROVISION OF AND ASSISTANCE IN AQUIRING BUILDING REPAIRING AND MAINTENANCE OF SCHOOLS BUILDINGS LECTURE AND ASSEMBLY HALLS HOSTELS AND GYMNASIUMS.
