TO RELIEVE PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF NEWHAM WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM SEVERE OR PROLONGED DEPRESSION WHICH THREATENS THEIR MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL STABILITY.TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PROVISION OF CLASSES IN COUNSELLING.
