PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A COMMUNITY HALL AT MORETON IN THE COUNTY OF STAFFORDSHIRE FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS WITHIN MORETON WARD LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY AS EXISTING AT THE DATE OF THE ADOPTION OF THIS TRUST DEED WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING THE USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES INCLUDING EDUCATIONAL AND ECCLESIASTICAL PURPOSES AND THE FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS
