THE PROMOTION AND ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AT THE BEDFORD SCHOOL AT THE ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES AND WITHOUY PREJUDICE TO THIS GENERAL DISCRETION THE FOUNDER EXPRESSES THE WISH THAT THERE SHOULD BE PROVIDED FREE OR ASSISTED PLACES TO PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL OF PARENTS WITH LIMITED MEANS.
