TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE MUSICAL ARTS AND IN PARTICULAR THE ART OF BRASS BAND PLAYING TO FURTHER THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC APPRECIATION IN THE SAID ART BY THE PRESENTATION OF CONCERTS AND SIMILAR ACTIVITIES.
