THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PHYSICAL RECREATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND IN PARTICULAR FOR THE PLAYING OF RUGBY UNION FOOTBALL FOR THE BENEFIT OF YOUNG PERSONS WHO ARE IN FULL TIME OR PART TIME EDUCATION BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY CLOTHING EQUIPMENT OR OTHERWISE FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH PERSONS AND/OR ARRANGING FOR THEM TO ATTEND OR ASSITING THEM TO ATTEND ANY FURTHER PART TIME EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT OR SUCH OTHER INSTITUTION OR TO PAY FEES OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROVISION OF TRAINING OR COACHING OR ANY SPECIALIST TEACHING FOR SUCH BENEFICIARIES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DECIDE BY ASSISTING THEM IN ANY TRAVEL
