a) The preservation, upkeep, repair, maintenance and improvement of the Church of St John the Baptist at Aldford and the Church of St Mary the Virgin at Bruera b) In the event of the closure of either Church, support will be provided to either building should it continue to be used for the good of the inhabitants of the Parishes concerned and such occupation is religious or charitable.

THE PRESERVATION,UPKEEP,REPAIR,MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE FABRIC CONTENTS AND EQUIPMENT OF THE CHURCH OF ST JOHN THE BAPTIST AT ALDFORD AND OF THE CHURCH OF ST MARY AT BRUERA, TOGETHER WITH THE BURIAL GROUNDS THERETO BELONGING AND ADJACENT THERETO, BOTH OF WHICH SAID CHURCHES ARE SITUATED IN THE COUNTY AND DIOCESE OF CHESTER AND/OR FOR SUCH OTHER CHURCH OF ENGLAND CHURCHES AND BURIAL GROUNDS IN THE COUNTY OF CHESTER OR FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE LORD OF THE MANOR OF ALDFORD SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME BY DEED DIRECT.
