Charitable objects
SUCH GENERAL CHARITABLE OBJECTS AS THE MAJORITY OF THE COUNCIL SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT IN ANY WAY LIMITING THE DISCRETION OF THE COUNCIL CONFERRED UPON IT BY THE LAST PRECEDING WORDS FOR AND TOWARDS (1) ASSISTING, CONTRIBUTING TO, MAINTAINING, FORMING AND PROVIDING BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS, MISSION HOUSES, LIBRARIES, SCHOOLS, TRAINING COLLEGES, PLAYING FIELDS, GYMNASIUM. RECREATION GROUNDS. (11) PAYING THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OF THE SCHOOL FEES UNIVERSITY FEES PREMIUMS OE APPRENTICESHIP OR OTHER EXPENSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE EDUCATION OF ANY PERSON OR PERSONS OR FOR PROVIDING BOOKS OR OTHER EQUIPMENT FOR THE EDUCATION OF SUCH PERSONS.
