TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION BY RELIEVING THE POVERTY OF YOUNG PERSONS IN THE LEYLAND AND SOUTH RIBBLE CHORLEY AND WEST LANCASHIRE AREAS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS BY THE PROVISION OF TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION.
