TO BEAUTIFY AND ASSIST IN THE REPAIR RENEWAL REBUILDING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE FABRIC FURNITURE (FIXED OR UNFIXED) FITTINGS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE DECORATIVE AND PROTECTIVE COVERINGS (IF ANY) TO WALLS FLOORS CEILINGS) ORGAN MONUMENTS AND CHURCHYARD BOUNDARY WALLS AND FENCES AND ALL ACCOUTREMENTS AND APPURTENANCES WHATSOEVER OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF ST. MARY MAGDALENE IN THE DIOCESE OF PETERBOROUGH AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT IT AS A PLACE OF CHRISTIAN WORSHIP.
