TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE AGED IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE WITHIN THE PARISH OF CHURT AND RUSHMOOR (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT.)
