TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE HEALTH OF THE PATIENTS OF YAXLEY HEALTH CENTRE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY; TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF SUCH PERSONS BY THE PROVISION OF A MEDICAL LIBRARY AND MEDICAL RESOURCE CENTRE AND HEALTH PROMOTIONS MEETINGS.
