TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF HEALTH AMONGST PATIENTS ATTENDING THE GARDEN LANE MEDICAL CENTRE WHERE SUCH RELIEF IS PROVIDED IN SUPPLEMENTATION OF FACILITIES NORMALLY PROVIDED OUT OF THE RELEVANT STATUTORY FUNDS
