By resolution of the Trustees of the Transferor dated 18 October 2019, the Transferor agreed to merge with Avenue House Estate Trust 4099007 ("the Transferee") and to transfer all of its property to the Transferee. The GENERAL VESTING DECLARATION was made on 27 November 2019 and signed by two Trustees and witnessed on the same day.
