TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE CONCERNING THE CULTURE, TRADITIONS, SOCIAL SYSTEMS, LANGUAGE HISTORY GOVERNMENT AND GEOGRAPY OF THE COUNTRY OF THEIR ORIGIN TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR PEOPLE HAVING NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES TO PROMOTE GOOD RACE RELATIONS AND THE ELIMINATION OF DISCRIMINATION ON THE GROUNDS OF RACE AND TO ENCOURAGE EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY FOR PEOPLE OF DIFFERENT RACIAL GROUPS
