Charitable objects
For the public benefit to promote the arts; to promote equality and diversity in the arts; and to educate the public in the production and the appreciation of the arts; in particular but not exclusively by providing exhibition and studio spaces for emerging artists and those in necessitous circumstances due to their age, race, gender, disability, sexual orientation or financial hardship, particularly in the towns of Brighton and Hove, and in other areas of the South East of England.
