Charitable objects
1) AS TO 5 PERCENT OF THE INCOME, IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN RESIDENT IN THE TOWN OF ST. IVES IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT; AND 2) AS TO THE REMAINING 95 PERCENT THEREOF FOR RELIEF IN NEED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS HEREINAFTER CONTAINED.
