TO PROVIDE, OR TO ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF, TOYS OF GOOD QUALITY, AND WITH A STIMULATING, EDUCATIONAL, OR THERAPEUTIC EMPHASIS, ON INEXPENSIVE LOAN TO CHILDREN IN EYE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, ESPECIALLY TO THOSE CHILDREN OF FAMILIES WHO, THROUGH DISADVANTAGE OR DISABILITY WOULD NORMALLY NOT HAVE ACCESS TO SUCH TOYS.
