THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAINTAINING SERVICES IN THE CHURCH AT SICKLINGHALL BELONGING TO THE CHARITY AND SPECIFIED IN THE SCHEDULE HERETO AND IF AND INSOFAR AS INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THAT PURPOSE THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE SAME IN FURTHERING THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH IN SICKLINGHALL AND ITS NEIGHBOURHOOD
