UPON TRUST TO APPLY SUCH PART OR PARTS OR ALL OF THE INCOME AND CAPITAL FOR OR TOWARDS SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH ADVANCE EDUCATION AT OR SUPPORT BROWN UNIVERSITY OF PROVIDENCE RHODE ISLAND IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,(BUT NOT TO THE EXCLUSION OF ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE WHICH IS CONNECTED WITH BROWN UNIVERSITY) AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT,AND TO MAKE DONATIONS TO SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS IN SUPPORT OF BROWN UNIVERSITY AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT.
