Charitable objects
THE ENDERBY BAND ORGANISATION (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE BAND) SHALL COMPRISE OF ANY BAND OR GROUP FORMED AND CCEPTED BY THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE TO OPERATE UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE ENDERBY BAND ORGANISATION.
TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE MUSICAL ARTS AND IN PARTICULAR THE ART OF BRASS AND WIND BAND PLAYING AND TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE COMMITTEE IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
