THE TRUSTEE SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME, AND AT ITS DISCRETION, SO FAR AS MAY BE PERMISSIBLE THE CAPITAL, FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE RELATING TO THE NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE WHOLLY OR MAINLY FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE KENT AND MEDWAY NHS AND SOCIAL CARE PARTNERSHIP TRUST AND THE PRIMARY CARE TRUSTS WITHIN KENT.
