1.TO ASSIST HM COASTGUARD AND OTHER MARINE RESCUE ORGANISATIONS IN SAVING LIFE IN CASES OF SHIPWRECK. 2.THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE BRIGADE'S HEADQUARTERES WATCH HOUSE,AS A GRADE 2 LISTED BUILDING AND THE PRESERVATION CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE BRIGADES HISTORIC ARTIFACTS AND MUSEUM FOR THE BENEFIT AND EDUCATION OF THE COMMUNITY.
