TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF REGISTERED PUPILS AT LLWYNCRWN PRIMARY SCHOOL OR ANY SCHOOL WHICH MAY SUCCEED OR REPLACE THE SAME BY PROVISION OF A PRIZE TO BE AWARDED ANNUALLY TO THE PUPIL OR PUPILS WHO HAS DEVELOPED THE BEST SKILLS IN PRACTICAL TECHNOLOGY.
