Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND THE INCOME THEREOF UPON TRUST TO PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME AND THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OF THE TRUST FUND TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF ITS EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES ( AS DEFINED IN SECTION 97 (1) CHARITIES ACT 1993).
