TO SECURE AN APPROPRIATE USE FOR THE CHURCH SUBJECT ALWAYS TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE REDUNDANCY SCHEME PROVIDING FOR THE APPROPRIATION OF THE CHURCH AND OF THE PASTORAL MEASURE 1983.
