TO ADVANCE EDUCATION CONCERNING CARING AMONGST CARERS AND THE PUBLIC AND TO HELP ALLEVIATE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DISTRESS ATTRIBUTABLE TO CARING AMONGST CARERS BY THE GIVING OF PRACTICAL HELP, ORGANISATION,SUPPORT ADVOCACY AND INFORMATION TO THOSE PEOPLE CARING OR WHO HAVE CARED FOR OTHERS WHO ARE DEPENDANT ON THEM THROUGH DISABILITY ARISING FROM AGE, PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY WITHIN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS.
