TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE THROUGH MEDIATION AND CONCILIATION FOR COUPLES WHOSE RELATIONSHIPS APPEARTO BE BREAKING DOWN AND; WHERE SUCH RELATIONSHIPS HAVE BROKEN DOWN, TO ADVICE AND HELP IN THE SETTLEMENT OF DIFFERENCES OR POTENTIAL DIFFERENCES OVER ASSOCIATED MATTERS SUCH AS ARRANGEMENTS FOR CHILDREN AND FINANCIAL MATTERS AND; WHERE APPROPRIATE PROVIDE MEDIATION SERVICES FOR TWO OR MORE PARTIES WITHIN FAMILIES THAT REQUIRE A RESOLUTION OF DIFFERENCES ON ANY SUBJECT OR PROBLEM.
