1) TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF SICK, NEGLECTED OR ABANDONED ANIMALS. 2) TO PROMOTE RESEARCH INTO ALL ASPECTS OF ANIMAL LIFE AND DISEMINATE THE RESULTS WIDELY. 3) TO PRESERVE WILDLIFE AND ENCOURAGE THE PROPER CARE OF ANIMALS IN ANY MANNER WHICH IS EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE IN LAW.
