(3) TO PROVIDE GENERAL FACILITIES, SALARIES AND OTHER EXPENSES INCURRED IN RESPECT OF THE SAID VIHARA AND BRANCHES, AND TO PROVIDE TEACHERS OF BUDDHISM AND CATER FOR THEIR TRAVELS; TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR WRITING, TRANSLATING, PRINTING, PUBLISHING AND SELLING BOOKS AND PAMPHLETS ON BUDDHISM.
