(1) TO RELIEVE SICKNESS, PAIN,FEAR AND STRESS AMONGST SICK, ELDERLY, UNWANTED OR NEGLECTED HORSES,PONIES AND OTHER ANIMALS AND TO PREVENT ILL TREATMENT AND CRUELTY TO SUCH ANIMALS (2) TO EDUCATE AND ADVISE THE PUBLIC, PARTICULARLY THOSE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC INVOLVED IN THE CARE OF SUCH ANIMALS, ON THE WAYS IN WHICH TO CARE FOR THE NEEDS OF SUCH ANIMALS
