THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND DISTRESS AMONG THE UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF NEWHAM IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING IN ORDER TO HELP THEM GAIN FULL EMPLOYMENT WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
