TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INDIVIDUALS OF GRAVESHAM AND SURROUNDING DISTRICT BY PROVIDING A MULTI-SPORT ARTIFICIAL GRASS SURFACE AND ANCILLARY FACILITIES IN GRAVESHAM IN THE COUNTY OF KENT, FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
