TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC IN AGRICULTURE,HOME CRAFTS,COUNTRY LIFE AND RELATED SUBJECTS AND,IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF SUCH PERSONS,TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS.
